Who is responsible

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not take payment.
The cart, sizes and quantities you choose here are stored only in your own browser.
The contact form is validated in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
Clicking through to Zeba passes a click identifier so the merchant can attribute the sale. It does not carry your name.

What is stored on your device

This site uses your browser's local storage for two things:

Your cart

The styles, sizes, fittings and quantities you shortlist, so the cart survives a page reload. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you delete the lines or clear your browser storage.

Your cookie choice

Whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies, so the notice is not shown again on every visit.

Neither of these identifies you. You can inspect or erase both at any time through your browser's settings for this site.

Server logs

Like most websites, the hosting service records standard technical information when a page is served: the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure and to detect abuse. They are kept for a limited period and are not used to build a profile of you.

Affiliate links and click identifiers

Purchase links on this site point to zebashoes.com and carry two parameters: an advertiser reference derived from this website's own domain, and a randomly generated click identifier created when the page loads. Their only purpose is to let the merchant's affiliate programme attribute a sale to this website so our commission can be calculated. They contain no name, email address or payment information.

Once you arrive at zebashoes.com you are on the merchant's site, subject to the merchant's own privacy notice and cookies. Anything you enter there — name, address, payment details — is handled by Zeba Shoes and never reaches us.

Fonts and third-party requests

Page typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server to fetch the font files and Google may log that request, including your IP address, under its own privacy terms. No other third-party service, tag manager, advertising pixel or analytics script is loaded by this site.

The contact form

The form on the contact page is checked locally in your browser and is not sent anywhere. If you write to us by email instead, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a reasonable record of the correspondence, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Children

This site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because this site is deliberately built to collect almost nothing, the usual answer to an access request is that we hold nothing beyond an email exchange, if you have written to us.

To exercise a right, write to office@iprint.md. We reply within one month.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and sends standard protective headers. No system is perfectly secure, but since we neither collect payment details nor operate accounts, there is very little here to lose.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The revision date below always reflects the current version.
