Shipping and Delivery Policy

Zeba Shoes ships every order shown on this website. Trevonetlab holds no stock and dispatches nothing. This page sets out how delivery works and who to contact when a parcel needs attention.

Who ships your order

Fulfilment is the merchant's responsibility. When you complete an order on zebashoes.com, Zeba Shoes picks, packs, dispatches and tracks the parcel and issues the shipping confirmation. Trevonetlab is an affiliate storefront: we present the merchant's range and earn a commission on qualifying sales, and we never take possession of an order.

According to Zeba, the merchant has shipped over 1,000,000 pairs since it began selling them in August 2019. That figure is Zeba's own published claim, quoted here as they state it.

Where orders ship from

Zeba operates from Las Vegas, Nevada, and keeps a physical shop at 3843 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102, close to the Las Vegas Strip on the corner of Spring Mountain Rd and Valley View. The shop is open 6 days a week from 10am to 5pm PST and is closed on Sundays. The merchant also takes orders by telephone on (201) 815-8852.

Processing

Orders are prepared by the merchant during its working week. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are normally picked on the next working day.

Delivery windows

Transit time depends on the service selected at the merchant's checkout and the destination. The estimate shown to you at that checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Shipping charges

Any delivery charge, and any tax, is calculated and displayed by Zeba at their checkout before you pay. No charge is calculated on this website.

Tracking

Zeba sends the dispatch confirmation and tracking reference. Trevonetlab has no access to order or tracking records.

Order confirmation and tracking

Two messages normally follow an order: an order confirmation when the merchant accepts it, and a dispatch notice when the parcel leaves. The dispatch notice carries the tracking reference. If neither arrives within a couple of working days, check the spam folder first, then contact Zeba with the name and email address used at the checkout.

Tracking pages can lag behind the parcel by a day, especially over a weekend. A reference that shows no movement for 24 hours is common and is rarely a problem in itself.

Delivery addresses and address errors

Enter the delivery address carefully at the merchant's checkout, including any apartment or unit number. Once an order has been dispatched the address is fixed with the carrier and can rarely be changed. If you spot an error immediately, telephone Zeba on (201) 815-8852 rather than emailing — there is usually only a short window in which a correction is possible.

Trevonetlab cannot amend an address, because we never receive one. The cart on this website stores only the styles you shortlisted, in your own browser.

Failed and undeliverable parcels

  • Nobody home. Carriers usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with collection instructions. Follow the carrier's notice promptly; parcels held at a depot are returned to the sender after a set period.
  • Refused or unclaimed. A parcel that is refused or left unclaimed is returned to the merchant. Zeba will then normally treat it as a return; ask them whether a redelivery charge applies before it is sent out again.
  • Marked delivered but missing. Check with neighbours and any safe place named on the tracking record, then report it to Zeba as soon as possible so they can open an enquiry with the carrier.
  • Damaged in transit. Photograph the outer packaging and the contents before disposing of anything, and contact the merchant with those photographs.

International orders, duties and taxes

Where the merchant ships outside the United States, the destination country may levy import duty, tax or a handling fee. These are set by the destination's customs authority, are payable by the recipient unless the merchant states otherwise at checkout, and are not included in the prices shown on this website. Customs clearance can also add time that is outside the carrier's control.

Prices shown on this website

Every price on Trevonetlab is the merchant's own listed price in US dollars, copied as published. Where a price is shown as a From figure, it is a starting price: the final amount depends on the size and fitting you choose on the official store. Prices, availability and delivery options can change at any time, and the figures shown at zebashoes.com at the moment you order are the ones that apply.

Returns after delivery

According to Zeba, there is a 30 day return policy that begins when you get your shoes, with a full refund or exchange available if the shoes do not fit or you do not love them. The detail is on our Refunds and Returns page.
